"UPDATE 12/28/22: still no payment received and no answer or response from Sonia Dehoyas-The Owner. *****TERRIBLE service from the owner. My husband has gone to Sonia Dehoyas for the past 3 years so I tried her for myself this year and I received 1k less than I was quoted and what I signed for. Then, for my husband she claimed she accidentally put someone with the same exact name’s bank account information under my husbands name. He has had the same bank account information for the last 4 years and has never had a problem with her until now. It has been a month since the irs app stated he received the deposit in the bank account on file but he still hasn't received it. Sonia has not communicated with us what so ever. She will not answer our phone calls or emails just to simply let us know what is going on or what steps are necessary to take. When we finally got an answer over the phone from her, after 2 weeks of calling once everyday, she had an attitude with my husband over the phone and stated over the speaker phone “all you want is money money money” then said “you will have to contact the irs yourself and ask them where your refund is at” and pretty much said she had to go and hung up on our face. which if she had done her job correctly in the first place, we wouldn’t be having to call and ask her why we haven’t received our money. So we are basically waiting and waiting to see if it will hit his bank account or if he will be sent a check in the mail or what exactly will happen. Very very very unprofessional service. Definitely do not recommend and will NEVER go back to her again."
