"Actually no stars, Mr Brooks who supposedly assisted me , asked me no questions as to how I wanted to file, or get my money back, I went in on Jan 30,2024 early afternoon , he also was on the phone on what seemed personal calls at the time, while inputting my information, did not give me any paperwork regarding my return and also didn't give me my access code needed to get into the JH app.didnt discuss pricing til done , but was able to get me a discount, I am thoroughly upset, and as of right now Will not be going back or referring anyone to Jackson Hewitt."
