"STAY AWAY!!!! i been with this person for many years, moved from State Farm, big mistake this place will take your money and give nothing in return. they quote one price charge other, i spoke with Edward (employee) 3 weeks ago to have owner calling me back to fix this, but he never calls. he don't ever care about clients; ones they got your money, forget it! , but we will change this, people need to know, i got nothing again AllStates, with perfect record i can shop around, but this agent is a Jake! im not going back to AllStates and this place, state farm gave me way better deal, no issues, truth, and smiling experience; Balaz learn!"
"I found Mark Snow by accident calling around for insurance and I am extremely satisfied with his service. He shoots straight and tells the truth and informs me very well of all the details of the policy. Their prices are very reasonable, but even if they were more expensive, I would go with Mark because I trust he's giving me the best service. Bartosz & Mark at the Glen Ellyn Office."

"I have been with Allstate for 13 years! They had.a great agent when I signed up Renee Suwanski - she was Great! Never had a problem with anything when she was my agent. Then Mr.Bartow bought her out and my rates got.raised.every 6 months. I hardly drive because I'm on disability. In Jan 2012 In the parking lot of Meijers on Gary Ave at Schick Rd in Bloomingdale I was parked in the handicap spots in front of the North door. I had to dmsit in my car for several minutes waiting for foot traffic to stop. You could tell my car was running because it was very cold out. Two elderly gentlemen were together, 1 was walking and the other was driving once if the motorized carts. The cart Cearly had it written on it " Not to be driven outside.store". The reason gr8 tswas because they are close to the ground and short length wise. The first one walked on ahead of the second guy in the cart and the guy in the cart stopped right behind my car where he was intentionally in my blind spot. You couldn't see him in the rear view mirror or in the side mirrors. Since he was so close to the back of my car I barely moved when his friend is yelling at me to stop. He wasn't moving but stopped behind my car.waiting for me to back up. Since my car looks new they must have thought they'd get a big payday. When I got out to see what happened the guy on the motorizedcart was laying on the ground and he had clearly just slide off the seat on to the ground. I called the police and the officer was very nice and.said it was impossible to see him from where he was. He's moaning like he's hurt but didn't have a single scratch on him. He claimed that he couldn't hear which was a joke. Both men were unkempt and looked like they were a couple of destitute individuals. I got a blanket out of my car and covered him up and at the time I was in tears but the more I thought about the whole thing I was sure it was a scam! They ran $20,000 in tests on him at the hospital and then they filed a lawsuit against me personally because they wanted more money than my policy covered. My car was barely moving and except for his word - he looked fine - not bleeding or anything. Since the only money I have is my Soc Sec disability they had me sign a affidavit that I didn't have any other money.or assets! You could tell from the way he looked that he just slide off the seat. I couldn't believe that that Allstate didn't Investigate further and dispute the case. I have really been struggling to make ends meet and I had just dropped my accident forgivess. My insurance premium was only $60 when I first got my policy - the first week I had my car a illegal alien from Mexico took his mother's car and went out and got wasted and when he got into the parking lot he hit 3 cars - mine was the last one. Of course he took off. before the police arrived and they ran the plates on the vehicle and it came back to his mother. He gave a his brother's name, and no ID, no D/L, no car insurance at all. He hit my car so hard he knocked it out of the paring space, over the curb and side walk till it stopped at a 45 degree angle from the handicap sign. I got woken up at 7am by the police to move my car off the front lawn. A week after I got my car back from the body sho"
"Not good service at all. I have been with allstate many years and when this agent took over the office everything went downhill. Rude woman answers phone sometimes. Usually you have to leave a message and someone calls you back. I have found a better allstate agent in niles."
