"This is worst location for Liberty Tax. It’s 9:10 am but they’re not open yet their post says that they open from 9am to 9pm. Also, the woman who work here she’s extremely rude and high headed! She argues with the customers in front of other customers."

"Came in to file taxes from 2021 in 2023… lady did not pay attention to what I said and was not even sure if what she was doing instead she was more worried about trying to make sure her daughter got a referral bonus she said I would get $3300 .. when I call after about a month she said they had to do ever All over again then tried to charge me $471 and said now your getting $8257 … so not only did she not listen but didn’t even do it right…. They are not worthy of having business seeing how Erica is more interested in her daughter getting a $50 bonus. I don’t recommend at all!!! Will never go there again!!!"

"I absolutely love this place and the people who work at this location. They always do their absolute best to get me the best refund possible. I require different forms to file my taxes so I prefer someone else to help me. They are so sweet every time I come in and just make the whole doing your taxes experience fun. Yes, I said fun. Connie and the manager are both so great! You really can't go wrong with either of them. I have been a returning customer for consistent reasons and I wouldn't want anyone else doing my taxes. Ignore the silly ratings giving them one star because those are ridiculous and not true when it comes to their professional abilities and true care for their customers."

"In Defense to liberty tax and my name, Mrs. Brown called the store to claim that a flier fell down in her window slot and her dealership was going to charge her 150.00 to remove paper. I simply asked her show proof of damages, a report, some form of paperwork that proved her claim. She never came in with anything, and as the manger here I could not pay someone for a word of mouth claim and explain that pay out to the corporate office or the owners.I explained that to Mrs. Brown (mind you is not the same name she gave me ). I am sorry she feel like she does, but honestly she is not telling the whole story again. I love my customers and do all i can to get them the most back for all there hard work!! Have a great day people and Let Liberty Tax bring a smile to your face this Tax season and next.."

"I have damages to my new vehicle by the employees from this location while they were soliciting in the Walmart parking lot and it is on video (verified by Walmart management). The owners refuse to pay for the damages. If this is the way they treat potential customers I would hate to see the way actual customers are treated. I have never been spoken to like the way I was by Nicole (manager) and Cheryl (district manager) they are both very rude and unprofessional. I have spoken with Walmart management and corporate from Arkansas.They are no longer allowed on Walmart's property. My next step is filing police report."
