"Hands down the worst people and organization you will come across in Springtown. The level of incompetence and unprofessional is the only thing 5 star. If you need your taxes done go to real professionals not people like Ana Garcia who will not only advise you to do illegal stuff but will just break the law by not filing some W2s because she doesn’t grasp how taxes work."

"Ana Garcia is maybe the worst employee, she not only had an appointment that she ignored for a walk-in at 9 am this morning but she also is completely incompetent. She should be fired or forced to get re-educated in this process as she was completely clueless with how to file taxes."

"It is cheaper to do it myself. It just takes too long and costs so much. Not enough discounts or coupons around to alleviate the price. With everything just costing so much...and other expenses really hurt the pocketbook. I love the work H&R Block associates do. They are extremely knowledgeable. I just think your brand is really about their name and collecting that money versus looking out for their tax paying peeps."
