"I know that Allstate Insurance has cancelled my company car, but I was shocked how I discovered it! I would have thought since we are somewhat business neighbors you would have at least told me personally, instead of what happen,, I am the first to admit I have a very busy schedule and often "stretch" myself. But going forward and as good customer service, sometimes best to hear the bad news personally from your agent. I know our relationship was not that long, but it seems when a customer pays in for decades and then makes a claim, they are dropped. Rather defeats the word "insurance".
