"If I could give them no stars I would my next step will be to contact an attorney. One of their people that are insured with them hit my car was parked whatever the case is. But I filed the claim back in November I'm still waiting finally they made a decision they came and picked up my car like 5 days did jester lady told me to make sure I give them the title and they come to pick up the but the tow truck refuse to take the title because he said it wasn't in the paperwork and it has nothing to do with him. So I've been calling ever since they will not return my call Miss Anna they will not answer the phone they took my vehicle I have the title but they're supposed to issue me a check nothing they seriously have the worst customer service and they should not be in business I will be calling a lot of places they need to be audited they need to be reprimanded they need to make sure that they're taken care of their customers with the parent and there's plenty of organizations and places in Chicago that can deal with horrible companies like this"
"One of their drivers who let their (newly permitted) nephew drive their car, backed into my car at a left hand turn lane. Accident was in July of 2023. Had three phone calls asking for information, then silence for the rest of the claim. It is currently December of 23. Got a notice in the mail, that I need to pick up my payout for damages and repairs. They severely underpriced what repairs and labor costs would be for one, and after taking time off work trying to recieve the check for the repairs, they are claiming that the adjusters are not in and will not be in till the new year."
"Absolutely unprofessional staff, rude and inconsiderate of their customers plight. They had to fire my initial adjuster who never answered my calls or reached out regarding claims I filed. Then my new rep is also just as unreachable but worse because TWO times out of the countless calls I made to speak with my rep, the two times we spoke (Anna cotsiomitis) she was completely disrespectful and dismissive. I was being very polite and sincere but was met with condescension and hostility to which she even acknowledged in the conversation And yet continued to be rude and disrespectful. Also this is in regards to a case where I’m completely not at fault just waiting to be compensated and it’s been 6 months… there’s witnesses, traffic cam footage, and everything is documented yet they keep saying they don’t have the information that I, my lawyer, and my insurance connector rep have sent multiple times. I’m a very tolerate person and I’m so mad right now. All the money we give these companies to be disrespected and to our concerns and issues so easily dismissed and trivialized is disgusting"
"I got into a serious car accident on the highway the other day that wasn’t my fault and this company did the bare minimum to help in the situation. Why am I paying you? This has been a horrible holiday season. What good is it to have insurance if they don’t help, or even answer their phones? if you call right now you wouldn’t get an answer and if they do you’d get horrible customer service. I would be homeless right now if it wasn’t for my grandfather. I could say a lot more but it’s not worth the time. PSA: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"I was in an accident on November 4, I put I a claim the next day. While I knew it was a weekend, I expected to be reached by Monday (nope). Nor was I contacted until almost a week later, the person that hit me had State Farm and they have contacted me more than my own insurance company. The adjuster never answers her phone and doesn’t call back, to anyone out there that has them I would encourage you to find another company"
