"Great place to stay for immediate access to the beach. Reservations, check in and check out are painless. Condominiums have same floor plan but pick your place carefully as each owner decides how it is furnished: ours had a washer and dryer and was pet friendly. Our friends didn’t have either and paid more. The management company does an exceptional job in maintaining the grounds. Prices hover around $500 a night during peak season but well worth the price for those who want clean, well maintained with the closest proximity to the beach."

"We spent 5 days here and had the most amazing time. We stepped onto the beach right off the walkway!! Everything was amazing!! Close to lots of cool stuff and right across the 22 Hwy to other stuff in CC. Stayed for my birthday NYE saw bonfires and fireworks. Everyone we met were super friendly and had nothing but kinds words for the condos area!! Clean area, all the essentials we needed were in the condo. Enough room for a couple with two teen kids. They took the living room area and we took the bedroom. It was definitely worth it to sit on the porch and see and hear the ocean and beach!!"

"On the beach, great pool and hot tub, friendly staff, ample parking, and clean room. I'm sure all of the rooms are a bit different, but ours was updated. Although the showers weren't the best. The beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights and, for the price, it was very much worth staying here again! Our family of 6 adults enjoyed everything. I wish they would have had a few more amenities within the condo itself... Dish soap, a couple of extra kitchen towels or another paper towel roll would have been nice. The window coverings are also very thin and the parking lot lights on the side where our room was always kept the room bright. We slept anyway. If you are on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs (no elevator)."

"Unit 111 was perfect for our stay. It is comfortable, not brand new, but it is clean and has everything you need to cook and relax. The beach is directly on the back of the condo. Sitting out front drinking coffee each morning to the sound of the crashing waves was the best. It was not accessible but we didn't request. Pool is nice. Quiet at night, lots of folks and kids during the day. You can drive directly on the beach and they have excellent mobile water wheelchairs."
