"We found a lot of Geodes! There’s plenty of shady areas and even places to sit! Bring your own tools to dig, buckets for your haul and plenty of water! Also, bring cash to pay. It’s $25 per 5 gallon bucket of Geodes."
"I heard that people said this place was running dry, but that's an absolute lie! Weather it was using a pickaxe on the shale, finding them in the piles of rock, or just finding ones on the ground, I managed to fill up two whole buckets using all of those methods! If you know what you're looking for, finding them becomes super easy and you'll be able to fill your bucket within the span of 2-3 hours!"
"Fun, we found geodes and more. The kids had a great time digging and extracting geodes from the dirt. Need to bring tools. There are no bathrooms. Make sure to bring fluids to stay hydrated. 25 per 5 gallon bucket. Did not see a rock shop."
"Its totally off the beaten path. You have to be a little brave as it looks abandoned but rest assured, it adds to the charm. You pay $25 for a 5 gallon bucket and you can borrow for free, mining picks and hammers and shovels. Then you follow the road about a mile until you see a red truck after crossing the shallow water. Make sure you bring work gloves to prevent blisters. Be patient and prepare to get a fun workout. I found a big geode and loved it. Kids, teens and adults were all there. Also, if you go the right season, feel free to pick some mini peaches as there are multiple trees."
