Jim Haufschild: Allstate Insurance

"I had car and rental insurance with Allstate- they stated milewise will be cheaper than regular insurance which is untrue. My payments process automatically- I changed my method of payment due to closure of my previous account. My car insurance went through and for some reason my renters was still attempting to go through a closed account. A rep name Diana reached out to me which I explained to her my car insurance went through fine bc I changed the method of payment why wouldn’t my renters. She explained she doesn’t know but now I would have to pay a return payment fee along with the payment. I explained to her how it did not make sense for me to pay that considering the payment method was updated and my auto insurance is processing fine. She said we can’t waive the fee it’s standard and your renters will be canceled. Rude and no help when I asked her if a supervisor can call me- she said u can call customer service. So I’ll be canceling this auto insurance sooner than later!"

Every time i speak with Jim his computer is froze. i had an accident where i totaled my car & my agent Jim H had me paying for roadside assistance which is suppose to be a 24 hour process & nobody ever came out. i had to have a tow company come out & pay out of pocket. Ive tried several times to switch my agent however my agent has to switch me"
