"The Pre-Reserved car was not available. The only car available we had to drive was smaller than reserved and had mechanical problems like a not functioning windshield washer system on a snowy day with salty roads. We found this out after being already several miles outside of town."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! This place needs to close their doors! We had 2, yes 2, vehicles in the body shop at the same time, NEITHER times we went to pick up a rental was it even close to being a ok experience. What a JOKE! Enterprise, you should be ashamed and embarrassed as a company to have a store ran like this!"

"Would give 0 stars if allowed. Like many others, they have "no cars available." I have now tried twice to reserve a car here. Both times I ended up having to cancel my plans because they do not have/hold your reserved car. What is the point of confirming a reservation if they do not hold up their end of the deal and hold your reservation? At least for the first time, they did call me 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up to inform me no car. I was still livid, but at least I did not make a trip into Freeport for nothing. This last time, however, I thought I was golden since no call, but I thought wrong. When I got there, I walked in and the guy working is just sitting at a back table on speaker phone taking a personal call. He sees me just waiting at the desk. He finally hangs up and asks what he could do for me. I said I had a reservation. He asked for my last name. I answered. He then said my first name and I confirmed. He then said he tried calling me (lie 1) to let me know they did not have a car. I checked my phone and told him I did not have a missed call. He then said: well you didn’t have a phone number on file (lie 2, how did they call me to confirm my reservation the week prior?). Take home point is this place is NOT reliable to hold a car for you, even if you confirmed your reservation. Do not expect that you will get a car for an event if really needed. This has been my experience 100% of the time (2/2). You’re better off finding a rental elsewhere. I will never use an Enterprise again. I haven’t tried yet, but I recently heard you can try VRBO to rent a car. It may be an option to try for people in Freeport area since there are not other car rental options available in this area."

"An Enterprise that is very under staffed, very low on inventory makes it a very undesirable place to do business with. Before the pandemic hit. They were on top of things. The customer service was excellent, staff and inventory was plentiful. Now that we are in the (hopefully) ending of the pandemic, it seems that corporate office left this Enterprise to fend for themselves. I just hope that things will turn around for the best of them."
