"A year a go I posted a review about Randy Holzhauzer State Farm Agent about how terrible he specifically is with his clients. Well today I went in and spoke and he was incredibly rude and had the audacity to tell me I can take my business elsewhere as he was upset about my review. Instead of being professional and trying to improve his business behavior with clients he chose to be a rude petty child. Today, I will be reporting him to Michael Tipsord Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of State Farm Corporate with a seething letter about his unprofessionalism. Again, I re affirm “Randy Holzhauzer” could care less about his clients!!! Last years post - I have been with Randy’s office for 10 years and Randy could care less about his clients. Sue and Marsha are great representatives and the only reason I stayed."
