"For those people looking to find a State Farm agent this is the place to go. Stay far away and run from the Eric Esch State Farm office on Rand Road. He lies on his reviews to make his office seem better. When he responds to bad reviews he lies about his service. He says he services his customers but never does. Once he has your money you never hear from him again unless he tries to sell you more insurance. Beware."
