"Insurance is supposed to be a personal thing, or at least that's what they try and sell you on. Marty is the worst, in the 4 years since my book of business was handed over to him with my agent retiring I have not once heard from him. I have life, homeowners and car insurance through American Family but that is all going to stop. I called to make a payment on my insurance and was told it was canceled for non payment (I know I own some of the responsibility here). I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know and was told they attempted multiple time through text, call and email. I checked all those and only have history of 1 call in the 60 days it takes from missed payment till reinstatement can not happen. No text, no emails. It's clear Marty doesn't care to retain customers and protect their future's. But he sure does love taking your money with no work at all."
