"My brother passed away May of 2022. As of today, Jan 31, 2023, this joke of a company has yet to pay out his death benefit. We have called numerous times. Each time we talk to someone different than the time before. They have made numerous excuses. Our lawyer even sent a letter demanding payment and a response. We got neither. We will not give up because now it's not about the money, it's now about the principle. This company is highly unprofessional and insensitive. I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs."
