"Re-train your staff for better customer service. My husband was asking for help from Jeremy to assist with getting a product. Forklift was needed and someone brought down the merchandise. Jeremy did not follow through and disappeared. My husband was trying to get the product himself, but difficult because there was shrink wrap and zip ties. Eventually found a worker to help. Jeremy was assisting another costumer and told him he could not assist with a product because the forklift needed to be charged. Terrible!"

"Sams club has varieties of food clothing home hold items in bulk I love sams club it has been 12 yrs i have its membership they too have little restaurant place its pizza ice cream cheerios my kids love to eat now it have scan n go way too for quick shopping perfect place to shop for every 1"

"The fruits and vegetables freshness, quality and choices are best in the North shore. However this store is always bit messy, lots of open food boxes like people are just eating it without buying."

"This is my default Sam's Club store, even though I've been in many other club's, this is the closest to me and I love it, is always clean and organized and they work really hard to keep everything stocked up. UPDATE: I changed my five star review to three and that's because lately I've seen very low or no stock on many products, specially on dairy, every time I go there's no 2% low fat milk neither regular or organic, no eggs, specially organic and the list continues. Went today (a Tuesday, slow day) and no shopping carts available, I think someone is not doing his or her job efficiently."
