"This Sam's club feels a little more chaotic than the others I have been to. Some of the staff are unprofessional, and the food court seems to constantly be out of whole pizzas, unlike any other Sams location in the area. They have denied our pizza orders at least 3 times in the past. One time, they said we need to come before 5pm so they have enough pizzas. Even when we do that, we have been told we can only buy slices because we need to conserve pizza for the other people in line. Ordering 2-3 pizzas is not excessive. Never been somewhere that sells pizza, and you can't order 2. The Rotisserie chicken is frequently out of stock later on in the day. Everything else about this Sam's club is standard."

"I like the prices, selection was great, but quality of some of the clothing and home goods was not up to what I would expect for the price. It was a little messy, and employees seemed stretched thin. Parking was a little hellish, but maybe that's just because it was a Sunday? They had sushi, which was well priced and Costco does not carry, and thier bakery cakes had TONS of options to order which was a plus. Tons of different gift cards, and they were discounted. A lot of Mexican items I normally don't see in bulk which I liked, tons of my favorite tortillas, cakes, etc. If the employees, parking, and organization were slightly better it would be five stars, but I would definitely still recommend!"

"This is a nice Sam's Club, amazing prices, ok customer service, except their tire department, which actually has phenomenal customer service. So the reason I give it only 3 stars is because it's a warehouse club, I can't see any being so amazing they should get 4 or 5 stars. Oh, this is also a safe Store and area, cops really watch the area well. So if you are looking for amazing prices in a comfortable environment, I definitely recommend this Sam's Club."

"First time in this Sam’s Club as a member and cannot be more happier with the service and prices that were at this store in Hodgkins. I went into the Sam’s Club in Cicero and there was poor service and not enough cashiers to cut the long lines. I will be back again, Thank you!"
