"Honestly would give this place zero stars. Waited a month after initial call for services, they lost my information. Waited four months after that and checked on waitlist, lost my info again AND told me I denied being on the waitlist! Excuse me, that’s a lie, why would I even be calling to check if I denied! Steer clear of them, they are unorganized and will waste your child’s precious time in getting services!"
"My child whom is autistic has been receiving OT through Circle of Care at her ABA center for a couple of months from her therapist Karla. After, having to deal with alot of disorganization from the company our therapist Karla is leaving. I got a call informing me Karla would be leaving but not to worry as they had a therapist ready to take over for the children she sees. During this call that I was conveyed the information I felt as if Sayra couldn't get me off the phone fast enough after informing me of the new therapist. As a concerned parent I had questions about the new therapist, mind you I asked proper questions, nothing that crossed any lines. However, it was obvious she was irritated that I had questions and wanted to hang up as soon as possible. Everything seemed so rush and I was correct when not even two days later I got a voicemail saying there was no therapist taking over but they had telehealth visits available for my 4 yr. old autistic child. I thought at first, I had heard incorrect as why would a 4 yr. old be able to receive OT through telehealth and get anything out of it. So, I called and sure enough Sayra offered telehealth for a child who not only is autistic but is only 4 yrs. old! When I mentioned this she really was dumbfounded and her excuse was that she didn't read my child's file and was unaware of her diagnosis or age. This infuriated me even more as how do you offer services without taking the time to read or perhaps even speak to the current therapist if telehealth would be appropriate. Please if you value your child and are looking for a company that cares, stay away from Circle of Care. Honestly it seems they are more worried about billing that insurance one way or another, instead of taking the time to think of your child as a person and what is in their best interest. There is no effort to make sure they have good therapists that are available to all areas of Houston. They want to push telehealth to areas that do not have enough children for the therapist. Whether the child is even capable of benefiting at all from telehealth is not a worry as long as they get paid. Parents please never let any one tell you what is best for your child, you know your child better than anyone. If your gut tells you that something won't work, go with it. If you start seeing red flags such as bad reviews listen, we are our children's voice. Please do your research, I hope my review helps someone and especially our children."
"Worse agency ever we waiting for the therapy to make the evaluation and begin the therapy but they never show up or contact me . When I called them they told me she will contact you and she didn't after all that they told me we will hold the therapy."
"This is by far one of the worst companies in pediatric home health. Rather than help their clients, the company would do everything possible that they get denied services by health insurance. When also challenged by the situation, you'd either be ignored, talked over, or be disregarded. Do yourself a favor, look for a different provider. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Circle of Care is very unprofessional, with curt employees who lack the decency to be empathetic towards parents."
"Worse place ever! If your child needs speech therapy I highly advise for you to look some where else. I was told my son was assigned a therapist and I would hear from her but 3 weeks went by and I never received a call. I repeatedly had to call almost every day for an update just to be told his therapist no longer works there and was assigned to some one else. I spoke to an manager and was assured the new therapist was ready for him and she scheduled a date and time for the therapist to arrive. NEVER HAPPENED! I took my son out of daycare for his speech therapy and they never showed up! No call, no notice or anything. This company is completely unprofessional, unorganized and a complete headache to deal with. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
