"We have done business with Rogers Plumbing several times now. This time we needed to replace a failed water heater, and because it was located in our attic, time was of the essence! I've spoken to two extremely kind women in the office when I call in, and I feel terrible that I didn't write their names down!!! In addition to being kind, they were also both very professional and helpful, and have been great about working with my sometimes difficult gate schedule. Orlando and his apprentice Jackson were deployed to take care of my issue and dealing with them was a pleasure. Orlando was quite careful about putting on shoe covers and not making me feel like an annoyance when I asked a zillion questions. He was patient and personable, yet very professional at the same time. I didn't speak with Jackson as much, but I could tell that he took his apprenticeship very seriously and he was quick and attentive as they were working. I put a lot of weight on my gut feeling about people, and both men felt safe to have in my home doing work. I went ahead and got the extra warranty span, and I hope that they'll send these two out again, should we run into any other plumbing problems. Thanks for a job very well done Orlando and Jackson! I wish every company could be as good as picking it's employees!"
