"Ordered a record from brenton wood, only near mint version availible on the internet. Sounds like new, thanks for the fast shipping towards the Netherlands! Will order again if you have something from my wanlist. Regards, john"
"I had the unfortunate task of cleaning out a storage unit and came across 4 boxes of LP albums. I called the owner and asked if I could come by for him to assess the albums within the hour. He agreed and said that some of the albums had water damage and the ones without water damage he wasn't interested in. He said that he only buys albums in perfect condition which I respect. I appreciated his allowing me to come to the store with such short notice and his very quick assessment of the albums! The owner seemed to know his stuff! I would recommend this business! Thank you for your help with the albums!"
"the old dude at the door was rude, ugly (a whole jumpscare) and racist. vinyls are overpriced. just save your money & time. next time, don't be such a jerk to customers. mind you, the owner thinks he owns like a 5 star vinyl shop... someone humble this man! his record shop smells like the six flags toliets."
"We entered the store and were greeted with cold stares from the attendants. When we tried to take a picture of one of the records to send to a friend, the owner cut the music and barked at us to stop taking pictures. After we apologized he said, “You should feel really lucky to be able to touch these records and you should be able to keep your phone in your bag.” It was a bizarre interaction and I can’t help but wonder if we received that treatment because we were young women. I left feeling very disappointed. I don’t understand how he expects to stay in business selling overpriced records while being unwelcoming to the next generation of vinyl collectors."
"Intown back visiting from Colorado. I have grown up going to the store my whole life. Continued to support store through Covid. Stopped there today to be told that they’re not doing in-store shopping again. Owner should retire and or quit or just start selling online. The guy is a socially awkward POS. I will never try shopping there again in addition to the fact that he charges a premium for everything. Totally done with this place"
