"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I brought my perfectly working IPhone 11 to This store only for the FRONT SCREEN to be replaced which was $99. All of a sudden when I get my phone back the CAMERA AND CELLULAR DATA IS BROKE!! He claims he sent it to a warehouse and they were going to fix the cellular data and when I came in I pick it up it was still BROKEN. He offered me a BRAND NEW PHONE but yet he is denying that he said BRAND NEW when I had a witness hear him say that it was BRAND NEW. This “BRAND NEW” phone was ANOTHER $50. So $140 spent just to still have a broken phone. Once I got the phone it was glitching but I just gave it some days to see if it was going to go away but it is still glitching which means that the phone is not brand new and it is also saying that the screen is not the real Apple screen. He sent my old phone off to a warehouse to take apart my phone to use all of the good parts which is why I believe they didn’t fix the cellular data so that they can have all of the good pieces in my phone which is unprofessional. This place is very horrible. I don’t not suggest you go here for any reason. They will do anything to get your money and not admit to any of their wrongs. He completely denys everything that he have said and don’t even offer you the money back. I call him and tell him that the phone is glitching and he say “bring it and I can check for you” why would a “BRAND NEW” phone be glitching? I wouldn’t have bought another phone if it wasn’t brand new. Moral of the story DO NOT come to this place because THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY."
