The owner Justin and his team of plumbers and office staff are always courteous, provide great customer service, and do their best to answer questions and provide solutions that make sense for each plumbing situation. Earlier this year we had Wesley and Danger out helping us with some smaller issues and one major one as well. "Hambone has been a life saver. In 21 I had a flood that resulted from a busted hot water heater during the snow storm. They replaced my hot water heater. I had another water issue with an outside water pipe burst and they came right over and fixed. Drained the hot water heater and made sure everything was in order. I had a frozen pipe yesterday and they worked me in to help solve the problem. I am forever a customer. Thanks Hambone."
