"I left a very positive review thinking this company was serious and solve my AC issue, 2 days after they fixed it it broke down again. After I contacted the only answer was that they will charge me for a new visit and no there was no guarantee on the repair. Truth is the only thing they did was cleaning the outside unit using my host and water and not replacing a single spare part. I did pay big bucks for the repair, at this point I really regret to have contacted such an unprofessional company."
"I received below response to sharing my experience and while I understand his effort to minimize this negative review and protect his employees - my experience stands as stated, I did not change what they told me, I made notes and retold accurately. So, for clarification - #1)I spoke to the female who was answering & scheduling appts on Tuesday morning. When I asked her for her name, Kelsy is what I was told. I would have used the correct name - had it been given to me. #2) Please read other reviews on other sites - many other folks have had the same experience I have had - no shows, too busy, don't care etc etc. #3) I was not home on Tuesday to receive or confirm any appointment - I was at work in Temple from 8:30am - 3:30pm? false statement. Updated: 9/2 = Nadynne Moore ---------------- I have never felt more offended and undervalued as a customer. They are too busy and have significant scheduling problems. They set my appt for Monday 8/24, no show and no call. I called them Tuesday to ask what happened and was told by Kelsy "they are very busy right now and did not have time for my appt". She told me someone would be out Wednesday the 26th - expect a call that morning to advise time. No call received Wednesday morning, so I called them - only to be told they were too busy to see me and I had to wait another week. I reminded her that I already waited over a week for the first appt that they stood me up on - no apology, no show of concern, did not matter. So I called other Campbell's locations - eventually spoke to a Tess, who was VERY Indigent and unmoved by the fact that the company stood me up twice that week and that this experience was the same as when they installed my new unit. She made me feel like it was MY ISSUE that they were too busy to keep their commitments, and I was being unreasonable when I asked her for a new appointment date!! Said I had to wait until next week until they would set my appt. Promised to call me on MONDAY 8/31 - of course no call. Again - no apology, or even concern for my time. Just left me with a feeling "That They Were Doing Me a Favor in Taking My Call" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY TRULY HAVE NO ABILITY TO KEEP THEIR COMMITMENTS, AND NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TIME."
"Very bad experience today. Called them about my washerand drying 2 weeks ago they said that they will come out the next week on a Tuesday they called and said that where to busy and we pushed it back to Friday. They called the Friday and said it was still to busy and pushed it back to the next week on Tuesday but they rescheduled it again Thursday. Finally the guy comes. He was professional and he came in but after I invited him in he kept looking at my body I felt very uncomfortable he was very nice and told me what was wrong with both my washer and dryer he told me it was going to be $405 to get the wash machine fix and that the dryer was ok. I was told that Since they had to reschedule it so many times that I would get $25 off the fee for them to come look at it and $25 for them to do the service on it. We did not get the service done on it we were just gonna buy a new washing machine but he still charge me full price for them to come look at it I am very upset when I called them to tell them about it they told me that they didn't have it down for my $25 offer that all I got was$25 off the service and that I had to pay full price really upset with my experience today never coming back."
"I had a new compressor placed in an outdoor ice maker. The repairman was knowledgeable and fast but 3 1/2 months later the compressor weld popped and spewed smoke while I was standing there. Two weeks after their 90 day warranty expired! I called and they only offered to help me at full price. So I paid $600 for an ice maker to work for 14 weeks."
"When I called for an appointment with this company for a repair man to adjust my washing machine level, I was told a service call was $55. The repairman attempted to adjust level without completing the adjustment. He was at my home less than 1 hour and charged me $193. I think that is an outrageous amount. I caution anyone to use this company. They are very deceptive."
