"I regret to write this review about my experience with Randall Horn (owner of Tayco Plumbing), as it has been characterized by a lack of honesty, numerous unresolved issues and the unfortunate circumstance of being out significant money (deposit sent to Edwin Elliot). I engaged Mr. Horn's services for plumbing work, and despite multiple attempts to have the work completed or obtain a refund, there has been no clear response, clarification, or resolution since July 2023. This prolonged lack of communication and unfulfilled commitments have been extremely frustrating. Additionally, the work that was completed by Mr. Horn in September 2022 did not meet the promised standards. It was not completed to code, as per the instructions and assurances given. This unsatisfactory work prompted further engagement for additional work in July 2023, which unfortunately has not been addressed or rectified. Leaving me out of pocket for a deposit in good faith. The lack of accountability and responsiveness in addressing these issues has left me highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Mr. Horn. I would strongly caution others considering his services to be wary of these shortcomings in professionalism and adherence to agreed-upon standards. This review serves as an honest account of my experience, and I hope that it encourages Mr. Horn to rectify these matters promptly for the benefit of all parties involved."

"Where is Randall Horn?! Randall came to our place of business March 15th to assess our sump pump. Randall quoted us and we paid him in full because he came recommended and we trusted he would be right back with the pump to replace it. Sadly, he has not been responsive. We have made multiple attempts calling and texting and have gotten the run around since the day he cashed the check. He has not only proven to present himself unprofessionally, but his actions have proven he is a liar, a cheat, and a thief. BEWARE!!!"
