"Dear Burlington, We have been shopping here and being member since 2019 and we had no complaint yet all employees were helpful this neighborhood Store is great and on my favorite store list unfortunately it is very sad that a lady named Sharon treated us so badly for the second time she was so aggressive with my family."

"The gentleman behind the counter obviously didn’t want to be there. He dry signaled me to come over with his head motion. Ring me up silently to the point I thought he was handicapped and bagged my things and me and my children walked off. He follows me FINALLY talking telling me I need to pay. Meanwhile the manage comes to watch the transaction with no assistance. He didn’t complete the sale because the register was waiting for transactions to finish. As I turned around the after paying my 20 dollar bill. The “manager” Jumps and pretends she facing birthday bags and 400 pound assets protection standing there in attack mode… meanwhile if your cashier had communicated and said a word ME AND MY KIDS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EMBARRASSED….. this is unacceptable and DONT WORRY I WONT BE BACK. BUT YEAH YALL DROPPED THE BALL the inventory is low and store unorganized. Shout out to the lady on the front door who didn’t make me feel like a criminal for a 20 dollar purchase. This store should have been shut down…"

"Huge disappointment for me as a Burlington lover. I always loved shopping at Burlington in El Paso. Lots of different items for a reasonable price. That's why I was very excited to see one in the Dallas area. Oh my God, it's the messiest store i have ever seen. Everything was misplaced or on the floor. It was crazy. I really didn't want to touch anything. It is a really big store and wasn't crowded at all. Maybe they don't have enough staff to check the isles or items but it's destroying the store's image for sure. Anyways I am really disappointed and won't be visiting again"

"It's a nice and spacious place around Richardson. Lot of shopping options for ladies and kids. But I hardly see any good clothing options for men. This is compared to three other places I have seen in NY and NJ. I must ask this shop to focus on men's section as well. We deserve some variety in formals as well as casual clothing. At this place, the payment counters are professionally handled and line gets cleared sooner."
