"Terrible employee Maria, who behaved very rudely and impudently! A store located in Edison. No more to you. You have wild, uneducated people working for you. My husband and I have bought alcohol here 20 times and no one has asked me for ID. That is, they sold alcohol illegally 20 times. But today we were literally attacked. Because only my husband had ID for himself."

"I had rude interaction with multiple employees at the sushi area of the Addison, Illinois club. I was seeking clarity on an item I normally buy that was marked as 20pcs when it contained 15. As I normally buy it im aware it's normal price of 13.98. The other items containing 20 pieces were marked at the 20pcs pricing. The label did not match what the box contained. I was told by the first employee if I didn't like the price I could buy something else. Ok then. The other gentleman came out and I explained again that the stickers did not match in count or even contain what the sticker claimed it did, he said customers don't usually count the pieces so it's not a big deal. Again I mentioned this was dishonest and was met with no real resolution. If the prices went up great, say that, but the labels were clearly wrong and there was no thought to remedy. I did take that first gentleman's advice tho, I left my cart and walked out of the store to shop elsewhere. Picture attached, what the label says IS NOT what the item contains. This is dishonest."

"I had a very unfortunate and rude encounter with an employee named Linda at your establishment. I was helping my wife bring the items she purchased to the car, but before I could enter, Linda stopped me at the front door. She didn't allow me to go inside, closed the door on me, and instructed me to wait until she got out. It was 25 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and I'm disappointed with this level of customer service. This has never happened to me at Costco. She needs some training, and it's essential to address concerns about potential racial bias. Closing the door on a customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. If my previous review was deleted, I intend to submit it again. I appreciate your attention to this matter."

"The employees were very helpful. I was a first time member and had a few issues but all the employees were nice and helpful. They all made sure I did not feel like I was a bothering them with what seemed like endless questions. The way the store was set ip was a little confusing but once you look around a bit is becomes more organized."

"Selection is just as good as Costco, especially in the food section. The self checkout lanes are the fastest because they let you scan your items in the cart without taking them out first!"
