"I wish I can give zero stars. If you want to hire someone to do pool work, never hire Ron with Ron Patton Pool Company. We had our pool plastered 2 years ago and since then, the pool cleaner was not working. I asked a couple of pool company to find the problem. I was told by 2 companies that the plumbing of the wall connection of the cleaner was not done correctly. I decided to get an estimate for the repair from a couple of companies, Ron’s company was one them. He showed up at my home while I was at work. He removed the cleaner connection that was glued into the wall by force and without using the appropriate tool. As a result, he ruined the plastering, destroyed the plumbing and now it is a much bigger and more expensive job to fix. I asked Ron why he removed it without asking me anc without my approval, it was glued to the wall and he said I am trying to ‘cause himself o he would fix it for free. He was actually caught on my ring camera breaking it. I mailed him a demand letter before taking him to small claims court but he refused to sign on the letter and it came back to me. If you want to save yourself money and time, and save your property from people who destroy it, stay away from this man. Second and third pictures are for his hand holding the piece after he removed it by force and without using the appropriate tool."

"So glad we chose Patten Pool Repair to service our pool! We had to drain our pool and re-plaster the pool and spa. They gave a competitive price and did the work in great time. Our pool looks great! Ethan and Bill are very knowledgeable and explained everything. They are now our weekly service company and we will recommend them to all of our family and friends."

"This company is unprofessional. Called them as a new customer was told to email the owner and I would be put on the schedule the owner Bill was quick to respond and said he would come out the next day. I waited the entire day and no call no show. I emailed him as I did not have his number. He responded that the part was difficult to get yet he had it and would be there the next morning. Waited and and no show that morning. As not to repeat the day prior I called the office and asked if Bill was still scheduled to come out. The guy fumbled around for a while. I said you guys should let customers know when you’re not going to show up. About 30 minutes later the owner Bill shows up as soon as I open the door he asked if I was mad. I said no why would you say that? He said well did you call my assistant and say we were incompetent. I said well so far you are. You don’t show up both times and no call. He turned around and said good luck. WOW. The issues you have dealing with people I’m surprised you even.. well I won’t go there. If you read all the way through this review, please read the other negative reviews and his response to them. You’ll see the kind of guy. Can’t wait to see his response to this one actually. Did me a favor though it’s always best to know who not to use before they start the job."
