"I used this company because they are local, and I support local business. I called them, whoever answered the phone sounded confused, and an appointment was set. They showed up, and I was in a meeting, my wife tells them I'll be with them in a couple of minutes, they said "ok" and then left. I called back and a different person answers and asked if the plumber was coming back, they said they'd call them and get me an answer. Never heard back, plumber never showed back up. I had to call another plumber. I wouldn't suggest this company because that just seemed super petty."
