"We took our RV here for multiple reasons. They took a month and a half before they even looked at it. They had our RV for nearly 6 months and still didn't fix everything on our list. They claim that they couldn't find parts, but my husband didn't have any problems finding parts and actually had to find some parts for them, as he owns an automotive repair shop. We finally picked it up and took it elsewhere to finish fixing everything. It you own an RV take it elsewhere! I can't believe they claim to repair RV's. It's the worst RV repair shop we've ever used. Stay away!"

"We went to the place because it had good reviews, drop the vehicle off and had to follow up with the staff many times in order to have a quote prepared and work to be completed. When we went to take delivery of the RV, we were charged $680 because a cat had gotten up inside the fan belt in their yard and they turn the engine over and it busted several belts. In the end we were able to negotiate a better rate for that instance, the work was performed quality however the staff needs to communicate faster and more effectively with their customers."

"I was not impressed with the service provided at Bob Jones RV. Work was sloppy -- they painted my frame and I had to point out two areas they missed on pickup. Prices were too high -- I was quoted one price on the phone, then prices went up by 30% in the shop. When I asked for a breakdown of labor and parts for frame painting and welding work, Harry was less than detailed and numbers didn't add up to the listed cost. As a woman in a shop of mostly men, I didn't feel I was given fair prices or quality work. Won't be going back."
