"Came in with reefer issues. Carlos came out and not only fixed the issue (last outfit overfilled the freon), but also did a bit extra (belt tightening, fluid check) and showed me where things where, lakes what the issues were, all with a smile, laughs, and overall excellent humor."

"Had a service on apu this morning. Unit would run just not provide heat or cool. Blower unresponsive. Come to find out that a 20 Amp fuse had been removed from its location. Just had some paint work done, so body shop must have removed to disable apu why it was in paint booth. I am glad it was something so easy. Everybody super nice and very professional. Thank you so much, I will recommend this shop to everybody."

"They charged me $320.14 for looking at my APU and tell me the it needs an alternator. The job took them less than 30 minutes. They were supposed to charge for 1 hour labor which is $175. I was out there and their tech took a lunch break while working on the APU. They charged for me for the lunch break time as well. That was dishonest. Mind you I have been coming to this place since 2018."
