"Terrible service from Marios in the Houston area. No returned phone calls and nasty person when I spoke to him."
"Please do not listen to all the 5 star reviews for this place. I attempted to call ahead to get a estimated price on a FAN CLEANING, I called twice both got no answer, instead was sent a text with super basic and completely useless information when all I wanted was to get an estimate oh the price for a full fan cleaning of a Acer Nitro 5. Went there the next day and asked to have the fan cleaned out of the laptop as there was clanking sounds coming from the fan as it had a build up of dust and lint inside of it. Mario responded by saying that we should just buy a completely new gaming laptop or call Acer to get replacement parts. he flipped the laptop over and noticed that the Acer has two fans, and said "oh it has two fans" which he should know as his website advertises that he fixes and works on Acer laptops and computers, then proceeded to grab a can of compressed air and blow air into the fan vents a few times, which is exactly what me and my girlfriend have been doing for weeks. We told him that we just want the laptop to be opened and cleaned out completely to rule out a clogged fan, but he refused to accept our simple request. I would highly NOT recommend this place for even the simplest of problems with any device."

"Just got done texting the business. Very confusing and unprofessional. Quoted me a price for a service, I asked if it was cheaper if I had supplies. Then he told me to find another business. Fine. But then I asked if the original price quoted was for everything, and he asked me to find another place, they don't do that work. I'm super confused now, because they already quoted me a price and very clearly state on their website that they do screen repair. Shady."
