"Over charged for nothing!! They called to tell me that my car was ready after a week of it being there. Prior to me leaving the car, I was told to leave money for new parts... I went to get my car and they assured me that everything I paid for had been fixed. I only trusted them to pay my remaining balance before I test drove it because they actually made me feel comfortable with leaving my car there. They assured me that they don't and won't screw anyone over there money and their services. I was told that they won't do such a thing because of where they're located. Located in the black community and claiming that most customers are aware of where they live. That being said when i told them what I wanted and left money for ""NEW" parts, I had no worries. After being assured that everything that I paid for, and the service they agreed to provide I left with the same problems. Took the car back and still asking for more money!!! I was told that my car would be ready in two days. It has now been two weeks. That's the worst place I've ever been to for service. $$$$$$for what? They're over charging to put money in their pockets. Unprofessional, unorganized, nasty, careless people. All they care about is what they can get away with. Smile and laugh in your face to stab you in the back. If you need you car serviced, just pass that place up. They only thing that they're missing is a shade tree!!! I wonder if they are even ASE Certified...... Update:: Got the car and still not what I paid for. $2300 could've bought another car or put towards a new one. They have the nerve to be mad at you for expecting what you paid for. J R's or J and D radiator shop needs to be ran out of the black community!!! Go back across. I tried to get an alignment and couldn't because they didn't do their job. And still wanted more money."
