"I never leave reviews but I’m sadly disappointed. I had my 12 pro max since release date with no problems. The charging port recently stopped working(not bad considering how long I’ve had the phone) but EVERYTHING else was good on my phone up until I let them work on it. I was told it would take 1-2 hours but it took ALL day. I came up there 3 different times, phone still wasn’t ready. My phone was like brand new before I came here ,my only issue was the charging port suddenly going out. After leaving them now my Bluetooth is extremely spotty when I try to connect to something, people can’t hear me when I try to talk on the phone, my battery charges extremely slow suddenly and my screen is very laggy. ALL problems that I didn’t have until immediately after they worked on my phone. $130 gone down the drain only to STILL have to get a new phone I do not trust them and I won’t be back."
