"Horrible service and a very rough area. Charged $40 to see what was wrong. He told me the damage is $280 to fix....the tv a used 50" older model Sony is probably worth no more than $200, so I told him why would I pay $280 to fix a $200 dollar tv. He then said well give me $180...So just outta curiosity I ask him how much would he give me for it...lol...he said nothing...lmao...so why in the hell would I pay you $280 to fix a tv you wouldn't give me a $1 for...smh. Horrible service or it may just be the area he's in has made him non customer service friendly. Anyway horrible...he got a free $40 to tell me my tv is not working...lol."

"This 1 star review is actually negative 1 star. This is the worst tv service I've ever seen. The old man first he asked me to lift a 40 lb tv mind you I'm 90 lb and 5ft. I'm not about to lift a tv off the wall and have it possible fall and break everywhere. I told him it's heavy I'm not lifting it. My grandma had foot surgery she couldn't either. He then demanded me how to lift it as I said to him "isn't this your job?" He then proceeded to make me lift the tv luckily I didn't fall but almost. Then he unscrewed the back of the TV and looked at it. Didn't talk didn't explain the problem of the tv. He then asked " get me a plate or something to put the screws on" I said "what for? Are you putting the screws back in the tv?" He then said "no I don't need to" I then said "my grandma isn't going to keep up with these screws, dont unscrew a tv if you can't screw it back together. You are charging us 40$ to just take the tv down and look at it not even fix it, you can put the screws back easily " he then put the screws back in gathered his things and went back to his car. Next thing that happened we lost the remote, it all of a sudden was no where to be found after him blaming me and my grandma for it he then said to me " you were walking around and went in the kitchen and bathroom" I said "whatever I did or where I went has nothing to do with this remote you lost. I didn't touch this remote neither did my grandma" he then had his wife that didn't speak any English when she was inside the house she had brought in her screaming crying daughter of like 3 years old and is trying to find this remote now. I said this is gonna be a long day of hide and seek. The man said in front of his family and my grandma and said "you took the remote and hid it and blamed me for taking it " I NEVER TOUCHED IT. coming to the end of this story there's already very bad reviews of him going to court for not giving tvs back and it's a pain to get a tv back from him and he's bad customer service so that just tops it off. DO NOT RECOMMEND ⚠️⚠️"

"Don't go here. All they want over here is your money. They charged me $20 to just check my TV here. Then after they checked it they wanted to charge me $180 to fix the TV without telling me what the problem was. Very poor service here."
