Every step in the process went wonderfully: initial call for a proposal and speaking with Janice, the home inspection survey with William, then receiving a detailed submittal / proposal, coordinating the install, and the installation by William, Brett, Sebastian, and William. The original Lennox lasted 5 years and I experienced two leaks within 4 months. Glad that it was removed. Koolpro is a Diamond Certified installer and thereby can provide a 12 year parts warranty - best in the industry. In addition their installation is "textbook" quality which gives me confidence that the equipment will be problem free for a long time.
