"I would give them a half a star. Customer service doesn’t have any idea what the computer says. Horrible to keep appointments because of to much customer non service. People are actually not trained properly but really don’t care at all. Be aware of finding a doctor they won’t be around long. I have had 4 doctors in less than a year because the doctors are in a contract with Mindpath. Stay away unless you like to be hassled."

"I live in San Antonio, so Dr. Challapalli and I had a telemedicine call. She was very easy to talk to and gave me hope that we would be able to adjust my antidepressant medications in order to deal with the chronic physical pain that I have to live with. We'll meet again to determine whether or not I need to meet with a clinician to be evaluated for adult onset Attention Deficit Disorder. I have hope that things will get better very soon."

"I can't say enough about my experience! I've been to various therapists throughout my lifetime and this is the first time I'm noticing positive changes in my behavior. I am treated with respect, empathy and professionalism by A. Rivera. He is very inciteful and his questions always hit on areas that need reflection or action. The work I am doing is very hard/exhausting at times but, I have the confidence that I will reach my goals if I continue on with my therapy."

"I have been seeing the doctor from before she joined Mindpath. Once she joined Mindpath it was no longer pleasant. They accidentally scheduled me during the doctors day off, then I ran out of medication. I notified them I was out and needed a partial refill and they stated they do not allow that even though they were the ones to mess up my appt! Also every appt I waited in the virtual room for 30 mins before the doctor joined then the doctor stated she didn’t even know I had an appt and just saw I was in the virtual waiting room. Mindpath is trash, there are way better practices out there. After I posted this review they sent me an invoice for a 60 dollar no show for an appt I never even scheduled."

"Dr. Vishnu Chirapalli is the absolute best doctor to go to if you're seeking professionalism, honesty and integrity. He is super knowledgeable in his field. He takes his time to listen to your situation, concerns and questions. He will always give the best possible honest advice and answers. He's so patient and a wonderful person to have a great conversation with. Immediately I was comfortable with him and I plan to keep him as my doctor."
