"Laptop I've been using for months stopped taking a charge. After about a week they called me to pick it up but said it was the wrong charger and I needed to use the original charger. It is the original charger, they just couldn't explain the problem, nor what tests they ran to try to figure it out. Two stars only because they didn't try to charge me for lying to my face. Update to respond to owner: I took it to another shop who immediately identified the issue was with the battery like I said to begin with. Pretty easy to figure out by simply removing the battery and using the original charger which you were provided with."

"Showed up today at 1300 hours with my wife's laptop as she could not access wifi. Told them I needed laptop back by end of day. No problem, received a call around 1730 hours. They had to replace some hardware and software configuration. Took home and my wife is back up and running 100% So impressed!!!!!"

"This phone repair company is LEGIT!! I dropped my iphone on concrete face down and the glass screen shattered. The LCD part behind the screen was also messed up, my screen was black, and I was unable to use my iphone for 2 days. I came across this business and the representative was very professional and responsive. I brought my iphone in and he fixed it in less than 20 minutes and the price was a very good value. I went to 3 different places before I came across his info and the other places were charging $200+ and up AND I was still going to have to be without my phone for 1-2 days! The other competitive place was going to charge me $99+ and up but he beat those prices, I was able to walk out with my phone fixed the same day, and his service is a better quality. My phone works perfect and he added a glass screen protector to sweeten the deal! Can’t get much better than that! So, do yourself a favor and bring all your broken devices here! You won’t be disappointed!!"

"Update: Once again I shattered my screen and couldn’t use entire top half of my phone. I walked in and they gave me a great deal and had it ready within 30 minutes. Love this place and will always give them my business. I live very close to this location so I walked in when I completely shattered my screen yesterday. Turned out the LED was broken too so I had to get both replaced. They were very fairly priced and I had my phone back within a hour. Would def recommend and use again."
