"We had a brick arch fall down at our entry, and a big pile of bricks in front of our front door, so we were anxious to get it fixed. . Jose called to make an appointment to view the problem and give an estimate. He arrived on time for the appointment, and was very professional. He emailed me an estimate the same day that listed everything clearly. He was also clear on when they could start the job, which was just a couple of days (due to backup because of the the freeze the previous week.) We approved the job on Thursday, a gentleman came on Saturday (we were told Friday or Saturday) to clear up the fallen bricks and prepare the area ( he called to say when he was coming). We were advised that they would be out on Monday to begin the brickwork., The crew came on Monday, and started work . It took a couple of days.. When I had questions and contacted the office, there was always someone there who answered the phone, and I had quick response to emails.. The working crew were courteous, skillful, did a very nice job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They also very kindly replaced a brick which had come loose from another location . I originally thought they might just hit the worst spots. But they were quite thorough, basically doing all of the seams. "What an OUTSTANDING company! We moved into a newly constructed home in 2005 and recognized the brick entry had been poorly grouted within a year. The builder was long gone so we covered it with potted plants (another mistake) which amplified the problem with fertilizer stains. They meticulously ground out the old mortar, thoroughly cleaned the brick, joints and individually color match stained the bricks ruined by the fertilizer. They mixed and mortared the joints and were extremely careful not to contaminate the adjacent flower beds. The mortar color match is amazing! The skill and attention to detail by these two men was exceptional. Adiel and Manuel worked over each brick as if they were restoring furniture and when they were finished the area was spotless and the landscape untouched. Truly talented craftsmen! I called the office to pay, and Sofia quickly emailed a payment receipt to close the deal. We couldn’t be more pleased!
