"I had a frustrating experience with Citywide appliance as they sent a repairman who misdiagnosed a problem with my dryer. Instead of providing a comprehensive diagnosis, the repairman only mentioned one possible cause for the issue with my dryer. This led to unnecessary expenses of buying a replacement dryer and delays in getting the actual issue fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience."

They promised to arrive within the appointment time frame and said the technician would contact me about his ETA. I waited til 4:40 pm and no one called or texted to give an update. Very disappointing as I wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them."
