"I’m going to be reporting this company to the BBB as well as seeking out a lawyer these people have been ripping my father off for over twenty years and can’t produce any documents on my father coverage this place is a scam in my opinion until my family and I get solid information."

"These people have been giving me the "run-around" for a month now. I've been calling every week to settle a dispute. EVERY single time, they put me on hold for at least 20 minutes only to tell me I've been sent to the wrong department. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour and a half. When they finally answered, they stated that "Due to the high-volume of calls, leave us your number and we'll get back to you within 24 hours." You would think they would have told me that earlier rather than have me wait almost 2 hours on hold!!! It's been over 24 hours and still no call! Worst customer service ever! UPDATE: it's been two weeks and still no call-back. So I called them again today. Currently waiting for them to return my call."

"If I could give this insurance company 0 stars I would. WORST COMAPNY EVER. My family moved and we wanted to cash in our policies and go somewhere else it took 2 months to finally get the correct paperwork then once we filled it out and sent it in we waited and waited and no check came so We called and the lady say we didn't fill the paperwork out correct and instead of her calling informing us she just sat back and did nothing so that was another 2 weeks wasted then we sent the correct paperwork off and waited another 2 weeks no check, called and she say we need to make another payment for them to release the policies, once again no call or anything the only way we knew is by calling to see what was taking so long then finally 4 weeks later they send the checks, had my check in my grandmothers name instead of mine and said the cash value was only $163 for a policy that had been paid on 28 years. And also wouldn't let my grandmother cash in her burglar and theft policies. Tried to call the main office in St. Louis 3 days straight and was on hold for hours, no one would ever get on the phone. Worst company EVER. GO ANYWHERE BUT RELIABLE."

"I would rate this company the lowest....As I am still waiting on Reliable Life Insurance to get my insurance all straighten out-Due to the lack of the agent! and Now the District Manager of 56 as well! All cause I moved and changed banks in November 2013 and here it is May 2014! Unbelievable the shitty service especially since I've been a customer since before 2005! The district manager assured me that he would handle this personally-Which was a lie! He turned back to the agent to complete which again wasn't! This is unreal the amount of time on my part as I have to call them for status!!! They aren't calling me to check or give me status-Really??? Poor customer service indeed! Don't Waste your company to Reliable Life insurance Company!! Go else where! Unless you like drama or poor customer service....Then when you call the corp. office you are asked to call another phone number to file your complaint...All to hear a recording saying that will call you back in one day? Hope that you would have cooled off by then...Rick Miller you need to get my insurance straighten out now! as I will keep posting this about this company until all is resolved!!!"
