"I wish I could give it a zero but I can not. The guy they sent to fix our heater did not fix anything. Waited outside of our house until no one was home and broke in through our alley. We have videos and pictures of him in our alley with our tools yet this company does nothing about it. So not hire unless you want a thief."

"Scheduled friday for tuesday. They never arrived i called to find out why. They proceeded to tell me they didnt have the equipment . Then they said we dont Schedule jobs until they have it . So i was baffled on how they Scheduled the job for tuesday as the equipment disappeared. Then i asked why i didnt receive a call on monday saying that they had to reschedule. Then then began to get defensive when i told them that was unacceptable and very horrible service . Then when i called after hing up on . They continued to place my call to voice-mail. Called back and asked to speak with owner and they proceeded to place on hold and owner never called back ."

Jason was late due to high demand but when he got hear he was amazing with great customer service it took 30min for him to replace the part and my house is cooling down as I type❗️ Contacted on 8-28-23 for services said they would send someone and didnt hear from them again reached out @ 8am 8-29-23 and they said someone would come between 2pm & 6pm and it's now 20min after 6 with no word from them. Do not use them they will have you waiting in 100 degree weather when you could have found a professional service to help you!"

"I wanted to leave this review for everyone that assisted me in getting my AC fixed. It had been going out for over a month straight And my property management company failed to do there do diligence in assisting me. Houston AC didn't hesitate to assist in getting me a portable after weeks of requesting this from my PM. Jay and especially Shawn, were great in helping access the issue. They were able to get Mario, yanny and Juedo out here to correct the issue. Queen the, the rep at Houston AC jept me informed every step of the way. I am so thankful for all of there assistance."

"Edited Review: (two additional stars) The serviceman is very nice, and after writing the review, and reaching out in every possible way I could, I got a response, and the owner and serviceman came out together. If you care enough about your business I certainly can respect that! The serviceman did a better job of preparing us for the possibility of it happening again and explanation of the parts. ******************************************* Initial Review: After reading several reviews I see a pattern with my issue as well. This is sad. The Property management company has sent this company out 3 times (days apart), each time the tech claims it's something new, even attempted to suggestively put the blame on us! I hate writing bad reviews, but this is just downright unacceptable in the middle of the Texas heat! First visit: (Roofers just left) "Sometimes the banging, knocks the switch loose" Second visit: "Oh, someone must have gone in there and knocked the switch/ needs coolant" Third Visit: There must have been a power outage, "found capacitor not working / replaced capacitor" This is seriously inconvenient and unacceptable!"
