"Called about refurbishing an old couch instead of buying new and was told that they no longer do upholstery? Their website has "Custom Upholstery" listed on the list off services. So, I guess it will be a no-sale... Too bad, they were closer to me and I would have given repeat business."
"The mitigation company that my insurance company hired (Mooring USA) damaged my floor mirror. They took it to this place for repair. They were supposed to have a week that asked for additional time. Mooring brought it back on yesterday with amateur (childlike workmanship) there was paint and/or glue in the crease of the wood and on the mirror the corners were rough and poorly painted and the back wood piece was bowed out ( for lack of a better word). What kind of company sends work product back to a client that way. I would not use this company there are 2.3 million people in this city and only 8 reviews."
