"Been waiting at our bakery to get one part fixed on our oven for 6 weeks. Excuses, won't return phone calls, won't call back when we do reach them. Last non-call back was after talking to the branch manager. And more excuses. But they are able to get us our monthly maintenance bill. Avoid Hobart if at all possible. Sorry we were forced to give this one a one-star."

"I have a 33 year old Robot Coupe food processor that suddenly quit working. If not for its sentimental value, I would have probably relegated it to landfill. Instead I tried to have it fixed and drove 40 mins to Hobart Repairs. Unfortunately they do not service residential appliances and are strictly a commercial service. However, this didn’t stop senior repair tech Wade from taking a look. He found there was nothing wrong and the reason it stopped working was failure of the safety pin on the bowl to depress the latch. This simple check cost me a handshake! If this is how they treat their customers, you are in excellent hands even with more complex jobs. I give them 5 stars for superb service, even when it’s not their job!!!"
