"Sears was AWFUL!!!! They should be required to shut down...be careful for Edwin!!! Ran a huge scam on me and "disabled" my heater on the night before the biggest freeze of the winter. Still charged me $90 and I had to go buy 2 space heaters to not FREEZE. (I am 63 so he took advantage of an old guy to try to sell a $12,000-14,000 new HVAC....sad!!!)"
