"They asked me to do repairs for them in southern Ohio. They sent parts, but did not pay for the service call. They don't answer the phone or respond to texts. DO NOT DO ANY REPAIRS FOR THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID."

"This company is the worst to deal with in the world. Appliance Desk representative Lana, Paige and Peter are all scamers. They first contacted me back in 2019 for appliance repair. I've serviced three washer/dryer combos. The appliance is called Equator. They are garbage and don't buy them. When you have an repair issue. The only service number you get to call is Applicance desk. All the invoices I have sent to Appliance desk is all in USD. The last repair I did for them was supposed to be warranty and they wanted me to repair the washer for $350 CAD. Well after we looked into the appliance it wasn't warranty. Infact the customer had a sunglass cloth stuck in the pump. Once the washing machine was back up and running. A digital work order was provided to Appliance Desk, they still wanted to pay me $350 for the service evening knowing it isn't a warranty claim anymore. Appliance Desk was placed under collections since October 2022. Today I called them and finally got my money by credit card. 5 months later. Get this they even had the atrocity to give me a one-star review after they made the payment that I ripped them off meanwhile they've ripped me off and they give me a one-star review for no reason. Don't use this compnay and contactors becareful, you won't get paid."

"We bought a unit in September 2021, and not even 5 months in the unit breaks. It took almost a month to get any sort of call back from this company. I have been trough 2 different people texting me about this unit and after a month of trying to get a repair person to service the unit it needs to be replaced. It's been 2 weeks with no update or call back from them, I have called, emailed and texted with no update nor response. Worst purchase ever from this manufacture"

"Three weeks and still being told “the part is shipping overnight”. No part. Nothing. Not answering phone. Not responding to texts they send. WORST COMPANY EVER. Dryer is less than 7 months old- repair tech stated just to replace, again, no response. Anyone ready for class action?"

"In April, 2020 I purchased a washer and dryer combo. I bought this to avoid going out due to COVID and to stay at home to wash clothes. It broke down in January, 2021 and I had to communicate with a worker there because, according to the call the problem was with my motor. A new motor was sent to me, however, it took around three weeks for the motor to finally be installed. After the motor has been installed, I am still having issues and am disappointed of this. I expected more from the combo and will not be buying from Equator again."
