"We had heavy rains in January which led to the discovery that we had a leak in our roof. I called Kyle with Prestige Total Roofing to checkout our roof before the next round of expected heavy rain. He came the same day, walked our roof, took pictures, and provided a detailed description of the problem, and an itemized list of repairs and cost. Understanding that I wanted to contact the builder’s warranty department of our less than 5 years old house, Kyle put a patch on the roof the same day he came out to diagnose the problem.
