"Charlie is helpful and honest man"

"Very disappointing services...called to check water leak and the guy just flushed the toilet and said we need to pay for his next task "why would I do any work when I don't make any money out of it" he said. He didn't even bother to check the water pressure, or anything. Totally don't recommend this company unless you don't care spending money."

"Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way. As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers."
