"I called Solution Plumbing called at 2:30 and he was at my home by 3. He didn’t have the part he needed so he went to Lowes. He was back with valve by 4:00. The job was completed with 5 to 10 minutes."

"Company did show up on time and able to schedule service of a water line to a barn. Unfortunately they cut through 2 irrigation line, a larger pipe and a wire. I was asked if I could pay an additional $400 to the service for repairing the pipes they had to repair- I settled for $150 on top of the existing charge. They said they repaired the irrigation lines, pipe and left unknown wire (assuming at the time it was an inactive phone line). Few days later found the trenched line soaked with water. Called technician to come out and repair- technician said he tightened the lines and apologized. Later that evening we noticed our pool fountain was not operating and the water level was 4" low. They had closed the valve to add line off this one and did not turn valve back on. It's obvious they did not check everything before finishing job. I have now had to call another service provider to repair their work as I'm frustrated and not confident with their work. What I'm most upset with is the price bump onsite and still have water leaking out of ground. My grass is dying and I'm thinking the wire they trenched through? If you decide to use this company make sure you check everything before they leave."

We had another plumber come and he took forever (5 days) trying to find a part and still didn't call us back NOT this company he had the part on his truck ready to go. "Needed a repair that I couldn't complete so called this company and they gave me a free estimated quote over the phone. Technician Joey arrived the next day, on time, like they said and got to work. Joey took care of the problem in no time and had the parts I needed on his truck. Very courteous, professional, honest and the price was better than what I was expecting. "These plumbers were fantastic! Their dispatch quoted a price right over the phone, sent the crew out the same evening (called at 5:30 pm), and since the crew was in Conroe, called every 30-45 minutes to let me know where they were and their eta. Then the guys got here, worked fast, were completely professional, used schedule 40 (maybe 44), materials instead of 20 when they saw where the break was, and didn't charge a cent more than the quoted rate (and it was a good price). HIGHLY recommend them!"
