Technician was inappropriate and let me know that my appliance concern was common with "these cheap microwaves" when asked what was a better brand was told there all the same. No respect for my business impulsive and unfortunately I will let my warranty company know how inappropriate my technician was."

"I called today to try and get my dryer repaired. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She ended up reaching out to someone who was able to come today. Mr. Dennis called when he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed my dryer is about 30 minutes or less. After he finished, he explained to me in great detail what happened. I am beyond happy because my dryer is fixed, and I did not have to purchase a new one. They really saved me some money. Thank you Mr. Dennis and Fort Bend Applicanes for being so awesome!"

Explained what was going on with detail, what needed to be done and how long it would take told me I needed some parts and it would likely be a Monday before we saw them. He ordered everything Wednesday and got them Friday and even made a trip out to install parts that same day and got my washer up and running well before I expected it to be done."
