"Bad customer service. A few of the heavy accent tellers who wear funny outdated suits are very rude . Not a smile not any type of happiness or professionalism in their job writing with customers . The entire transaction I had with one was just a blank towards angry stare . I come from California and customer service people in banks are a lot more friendly and happy to see u doing business at the establishment. There was only one courteous gentleman who worked there who had an office near the front door . I appreciate that man . The rest of need some people skills in friendliness . This is a place of business . Not a place where u hate ur customers . No matter what race , color etc ."
"Customer service sucks. You want to try to pay your bill but they only accept cash, check or money order, everything else they charge you because your using a different source. Line can be out the door and still only one teller? While there is two ladies at a booth just answering questions. On a Monday one teller, is ridiculous..... Are you hiring? Geez."
"My kid works as a bagger for her summer job. Tips are usually in dollar bills with an occasional 5 and on very good days 10. She works all week to make the most possible before returning to school. We show up and she fills out her deposit slip leaving the TOTAL blank. As she hands the money over to the teller she asks if she can let her know how much money she has. The teller says that she should know how much money she is depositing before coming to the window. She then takes the money and acts annoyed as she puts the money in the automatic counter and tells her it’s $$$. It took the machine 2 seconds to count and display the total. While I understand my kid can count the money it takes the machine a lot less time to sort through hundreds of bills. It’s not like they’re not going to put it in the machine anyways. If we put we are depositing $1,500 you wouldn’t take our word, you would run it through the machine to verify. Just baffles me that a grown woman would catch an attitude with a kid asking for a favor for an action she is most likely going to complete anyways. I could understand if she was going to count it manually. It’s little things like that that just irks me. You have the tools to make it easier on your customers but you want to act bothered."
"Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru since I didn't have much time. Someone who might've been a manager, took my ID, ATM card and gave me a slip to sign. I thought my transaction was going to be quick but then he never came back.. After like 20 -25 minutes, I pushed the call button to see what the problem was and some lady came to tell me that I had to wait until they were done with the line inside. I could see from my car it was not a short line. There was only one teller working. If the first guy would have told me that in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted my time. seriously, why only have one teller ???especially during lunch!!! . Why have the drive thru open??? if it's not going to be assisted promptly. Defeats the purpose! Such a horrible experience at this particular branch."
"I love this bank and it's staff! They're always friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed. I could just simply use their online banking system; instead I come in in person because they treat my wife and I like family."
